Shipping

  • US Orders:

All continental US orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.
All continental US orders totaling $49 or more, qualify for free 2nd day shipping.
All continental US orders totaling less than $49 are charged a shipping fee of $20 and delivered in 4-5 days.

  • Canadian & Mexican Orders:

All Canadian orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. The shipping times are 4-14 days, depending the destination.
All orders totaling $100 or more, qualify for free shipping.
All orders totaling less than $100, are charged a shipping fee of $30 and delivered in 4-14 days.

  • Worldwide Orders:

Currently we ship to the following regions: Europe (except Belarus and Russia), Asia, Middle-East.
All orders are charged a shipping fee of $50 and delivered in 4-21 days.

General Shipping Information:

  • All orders made on this website will be shipped within 2 business days after payment. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code of the shipping company.
  • Please note that earlier mentioned shipping times are estimates. We will do everything we can to deliver your package on time, but we’re not responsible for shipping delays affected by shipping carrier or circumstances, weather, holidays or incorrect delivery information.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they are confirmed to be delivered by the shipping company

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day satisfaction refund policy.

Please note: Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
